A leader in Virginia's aging and disability services fields, Adrienne serves as Executive Director of SeniorNavigator, the lead organization overseeing the development of the Lindsay Institute for Innovations in Caregiving. In her role as ED, she works with the public, non-profit, and private sectors and is responsible for the development, marketing, board oversight and operational management of SeniorNavigator. Throughout her many years with the organization, she has served as project and grant manager for several of SeniorNavigator's major initiatives, including The Lindsay Institute for Innovations in Caregiving - making her well poised to manage the project and its team. Adrienne earned a Master's degree in Gerontology with a concentration in Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Connecticut.

As a physician, professor, and renowned speaker across the country, Richard W. Lindsay, M.D. brings a vast knowledge in aging and caregiving issues to the Lindsay Institute for Innovations in Caregiving by serving as a Project Consultant. He is Professor Emeritus of Internal Medicine and Family Medicine at the UVA Health Sciences Center and is founder and former Head of the Division of Geriatric Medicine at UVA. He was one of the first seven academic awardees by the National Institute of Aging. Dr. Lindsay served as President of the American Geriatric Society and then Chairman of its Board, is an appointed member of the Commonwealth Council on Aging, and serves on the Board of Directors of a host of other health and aging-related organizations. Additionally, he has had the honor of representing the state of Virginia at three White House Conferences on Aging.

Gordon Walker's extensive knowledge of working with older adults and caregivers, as well as his creative and entrepreneurial spirit are a perfect combination for his role as Project Consultant. Until his "retirement" several years ago, Gordon served as CEO of the Jefferson Area Board for Aging for nearly 30 years - presiding over all operations, finances, and development activities of JABA and its ten subsidiaries. He has been an adjunct professor in the School of Nursing, School of Medicine and School of Education at UVA; served as president of several local and state nonprofit organizations; and was chair of the Albemarle County School Board. In 1995 and 2005, Gordon was appointed to the White House Conference on Aging as a representative for Virginia. Prior to his tenure at JABA, he was associate director of the Georgia State University Gerontology Center, a legislative aide to the U.S. Senate Committee on Aging and deputy director of the Vermont Department of Aging. He earned a Master's of Science in City Planning and Urban Studies from San Diego State University and he has a certificate in gerontology from Georgia State University.

During her tenure with SeniorNavigator, Kim has served as Project Coordinator for several of the organization's initiatives. A planner, organizer, and coordinator by nature, Kim is the perfect team member to serve as Project Coordinator. As VirginiaNavigator's Deputy Director, Kim has oversight of all programs, selected special initiatives and partnerships, all marketing and outreach initiatives, and overall operations for the organization. Additionally, Kim leads VirginiaNavigator's Community Team which provides outreach across the Commonwealth. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Mary Baldwin College where she was a member of both the National Communication Honor Society and the National Academic Honor Society.
